TERMS & CONDITIONS:

At Cosmetic Injections by Yulia, it is my goal is to provide quality services in a timely manner. I have implemented a late arrival, no show, and cancellation policy which enables me to better utilize available appointments for my patients. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to this cancellation policy. At the time of booking on GlossGenius, patients are required to add a card on file. A small fee may be withdrawn from the card to ensure legitmacy. If the patient does not show for an appointment they will be charged a $50 "No Show/Cancellation Fee". If the patient fails to notify Yulia within 48 hours of their appointment, they are also subject to a $50 "No Show/Cancellation Fee"

I do understand emergencies may happen and prior notice may not be able to be given. Consideration will be given at Yulia’s discretion. There will be no consideration given for "No Shows”.

If the patient's appointment is canceled by Yulia, then the patient is not subject to this charge.

• For New Clients: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time for check-in and any necessary paperwork.

• Late Arrivals for Office Visits: I do understand unforeseeable events pop up from time to time. I kindly request you to inform me if you are running late or you are unable to make your appointment. I recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to ensure all paperwork is completed. Depending on the service you are booked for, I may not be able to accommodate your treatment if you are more than 10 minutes late. I may recommend that you reschedule your appointment if there is not enough time to complete the procedure. The $50 "No Show /Cancellation Fee" still applies for late arrivals past 10 minutes as I do miss the opportunity to schedule another appointment in your time slot with such short notice.

• No Show/Cancellation Fee: $50.00

• Many appointments may also require Deposits. Deposits are separate from the “No Show/ Cancellation Fee” and ensure your appointment slot. Deposits are only transferrable once. The $50.00 “No Show/Cancellation Fee” is required even if a deposit has been submitted.

• For Vitamin Injection appointments: the $20 deposit is non-refundable and a $20 cancellation fee will be applied.
