Policies

FIRST VISIT – Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time to check in and complete intake paperwork.

LATE ARRIVAL – If arrival is delayed by 10 minutes or more, the appointment may be cancelled to avoid delays for other guests. Late arrivals are still subject to the 50$ cancellation fee. 

PAYMENTS- Because my practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, I do not bill insurance. A card on file is required for all clients. The GlossGenius booking app is the software that I use to store card information.

DEPOSITS- A 50$ non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments, a 20$ non-refundable deposit is required for Vitamin shot appointments. Card payments are required for all deposits and will be processed through the GlossGenius app. Deposits will not be accepted in cash or any other payment modalities. 

LATE CANCELLATION & MISSED APPOINTMENT – I have a 48-hour cancellation policy on all appointments. Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to $50 fee, as well as the non-refundable 50$ deposit. Future appointments will not be scheduled until the outstanding balance is settled in full. Please review my full cancellation policy here

REFUNDS- I do not offer refunds on any services rendered. All sales are final, no exceptions. In accordance with federal law, I do not offer refunds or exchanges on prescription products for any reason. I also do not accept refunds on products purchased. 

BOTULINUM TOXIN APPOINTMENTS- During botulinum toxin appointments, I assess the facial muscles and decide what number of units are sufficient for adequate treatment. This can vary from patient to patient and from treatment to treatment. To provide the best level of patient care, I do recommend that you follow up with an appointment, or call, 10-14 days after your botulinum toxin appointment if further treatment is needed. If additional units are needed, I will require additional payment at the original price per unit. 

COMMUNICATIONS- I do my best to respond to all messages as soon as possible, however please allow 2-3 business days for a response. If it is an emergency please call me and leave me a detailed voicemail.

FULL DISCLOSURE – My #1 goal is for you to be happy with your service and to love your results. I believe in full disclosure, which means I strive to ensure that you understand the treatments you receive and the risks and benefits associated with each of them. With this in mind, please be assured that I will only recommend treatments and products that will benefit you specifically and which are medically appropriate for you. AGREEMENT- By making an appointment, you agree to all of my policies. A link to my policy will be sent via email with the appointment reminders. It is your responsibility to review appointment reminders as they do contain pre-treatment instructions and policies.
